Why stone wool?

Trends in construction, as well as legal regulations, require a high level of energy efficiency in new buildings, as well as buildings that are being renovated. At the same time, modern construction requires quality, multifunctional materials, preferably of natural origin. Stone wool meets all the above requirements, and has established itself as the first choice of architects, investors, contractors and homeowners.

At first glance, all stone wool slabs are the same, so how do you know which one is used where?

Although dimensionally identical, each stone mineral wool product has its own technical characteristics, specially created to suit the application in certain parts of the structure. So, for example, a product intended for a pitched roof will be unusable on a facade, and a product used in ventilated facades will not perform its function in a flat roof.

Products with different technical characteristics are obtained with different recipes and fine adjustments during the production process, in order to obtain different densities and thicknesses of the products. The purpose of the product as well as its basic characteristics (thermal conductivity coefficient, dimensions) are clearly stated on the label of each of our products.

After all, what the user needs to know is – where he wants to install the insulation. Because for every place on the building, we have a suitable product!
