Credit for energy efficiency
The credit for energy efficiency is approved in accordance with the National Program for Energy Rehabilitation of Households, which was launched by the Ministry of Mining and Energy, and is implemented by local self-government units and city municipalities. Citizens whose residential building energy rehabilitation projects were selected based on a public call issued by local self government units receive non-reimbursed incentive funds in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the works, while the Bank finances the rest of the costs based on the pro invoice (proforma invoice) issued by the contractor.
Who can apply?
Citizens who were awarded grants for incentives for the implementation of energy rehabilitation measures in the household based on a public call.
Amenities
- No mandatory transfer of salary or pension;
- No request processing fee;
- Fixed interest rate throughout the loan repayment period for loans with life insurance;
- With and without life insurance.
Return up to 20% of your investment
